Our factory can provide service from product designing (3D) to prototyping, mould designing and manufacturing, injection molding the car kits, doing painting and tampo printing, assembling and packing to customers.

Design service: Our engineer can draw the 3D according to the picture of the real cars. Or according to customer's skin 3D to complete the fabrication for customer.

Prototyping service: Our prototype group can make prototype sample according to the 3D.

Mould design and manufacture: Our factory can design the mould when the 3D is finalized and do mold flow analysis before making the moulds for maximum optimization of the moulds. We will ensure that the sprues are always nice, no flash and the assembly is easier and manufacturable.

Injection molding: We have many injection machines to inject the model kits. Either big or small machines.

Spray painting and tampo printing: We have more than 200 two-color and four-color tampo printing machines. We can do spray painting and tampo printing for the cars with many and very detailed decorations.

Assembly and packing: We can do assembling and packing.

This model showing here is one of the car that we made for customer. It is NOT for sale but only to show you our ability to make high quality decorated car models.
